Whale safari
30 days before departure date: free
29 to 10 days before boat departure date: we keep the deposit and you get the rest back.
9 to 0 days before departure date: no refund

Other activities, accommodation, transportation and board
30 days before arrival date: free
29 to 0 days before departure date: no refund

Please, be aware that we have a 100% whale guarantee
During a whale safari, in case the boat does not find any cetaceans, we offer a new trip for free or refund the safari part (which is your whale safari rate minus the administration part that is about 10%).
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, unless you visit the museum that is charged according to our price list, you will be fully refunded.
Please note: the whale guarantee applies ONLY to the safari part of the ticket in case you buy any packages. All the other parts of the package will not be refunded.
